Finally got the block, crank, rods and pistons to the machine shop today. Main question will be if the crank can be saved. Will have news next week. Then I can start putting together a final build list.

Well the engine died recently due to two spun main bearings which took out a rod bearing. It has been removed and will be rebuilt. Actual build specs have not yet been decided on but I'm looking at: - Comp 412 cam
- Eagle rods
- Heat-treated & Balanced crankshaft
- 4 bolt center mains
- L35 heads
- Turbo upgrade
Budget has grown to $3000 for parts and machine work but hope to trim that a bit with some sort of package deal on the parts.
